The large holiday home is suitable for families, trade fair visitors and on-site assembly personnel. It is located in Manfort which is a part of the town of Leverkusen near Cologne. Having 5 bedrooms and a dining/living area, it is suitable for 16 persons.
The accommodation:
This modern semi-detached house enjoys a spacious and open-plan living accommodation which delights with its clean and modern furnishings throughout:
The ground floor comprises a friendly, light and modern open plan living room with an adjacent dining area and kitchen. The living area is furnished with modern furnishings and has an LCD-TV with satellite receiver boasting over 200 channels. There is access to a sunny and private garden area from the living room through large patio doors.
The kitchen boasts all necessary amenities from ceramic cooktop, oven, dish washer, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine to crockery, cutlery to many cooking tools. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available. Furthermore, there is a small WC with wash basin on this floor.
From the open-plan living area, there are comfortable stairs to the first floor with 5 spacious bedrooms and a sunny and modern bathroom. The bathroom has 2 sinks, a bath and a separate shower unit as well as towel heaters. There are also 2 separate WCs with wash basins on this floor.
There are roller shutters throughout the whole house – most of them automatic. There is good WLAN connection in all rooms.
The surrounding area:
The house is located in the town of Leverkusen approximately 3 km from the city center. There are plenty of shops and restaurants located within walking distance of the property.
Public transport / motorway access:
The local train station with connections to Cologne city center and Cologne Exhibition Center is only 80 metres away. Access to the motorway A3 / A1 can be reached in about 3 minutes from the property giving easy access to the Cologne Exhibition Center or Cologne city center in about 10 minutes.
During your stay:
The whole house inclusive the private garden is available to you during your stay. house parties and Stereo System are not allowed. Should you have any questions or problems, your host Mr Cosar is happy to help you.

Beschreibung / Umgebung:
das große Ferienhaus ist geeignet für Familien, Messebesucher und Monteure. Es Liegt im Ortsteil Manfort nähe Zentrum (3km entfernt). BAUHAUS, METRO, ALDI und DM sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ausstattung:
Mit 4 / 5 Schlafzimmer und Ess/Wohnbereich ist es für bis zu 14 Personen geeignet. Es befinden sich 2x Badezimmer, 3x WCs sowie eine Küche im Wohnbereich mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine und Kühlschrank. Vom Kaffeeautomaten bis zum Besteck befindet sich fast alles was man braucht in der Küche. Im kompletten Ferienhaus bieten wir W-lan an und im Wohnbereich befindet sich ein LCD Fernseher mit ca. 200 Kanälen. Alle Fenster sind mit automatischen Rollladen ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett haben wir auch für Sie bereitgestellt.
Anbindung:
Die Autobahnanbindung A3 / A1 sind innerhalb 3 Minuten erreichbar. Die S und Regionalbahn Anbindung zur Köln-Zentrum oder Köln-Messe sind vom Ferienhaus nur 80 Meter entfernt. Über die Autobahn erreichen Sie Köln-Messe in ca. 8 Minuten und Köln Zentrum.
Haus Partys und Stereoanlagen sind nicht erlaubt.
